If the home is vacant we can rent furniture for the entire property or for selected rooms as deemed necessary. Alternatively if the house is not vacant we try to work with what you already own as much as possible but sometimes we do need to purchase or rent new items.

Yes, that is our Silver Package comprised of a home staging consultation in which we come to your property and tell you or for a an additional fee provide a written detailed report to inform you of everything that needs to be done on the interior and exterior of your home to get it ready for sale. You do the work! We can assist in arranging for contractors and if you just don’t have the time to do it then we are here to help you with as little or as much as you would like.

No, we provide you with the information and it is an invitation for you to invest as much or as little as you chose. However, the more you complete, the better your chances of selling your home, faster and for the most money.

Selection and placement of artwork, furniture, and accessories is at the discretion of Natalia Chinea Designs and it may not be to your personal taste. While you may voice concerns with any selected items, Natalia Chinea Designs shall have final say on this. You have hired me for my skills and expertise, and I will ensure that the staging items will be chosen and placed to best showcase your home. We all have the same goal in mind – to sell your house!

Absolutely! We can schedule for me to return prior to the day of photos to review what has been done, what is left to do, and answer any follow-up questions that you might have. The service is approximately 1 hour and there is a fee for this visit.
